Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your account for applications provided by OwlPapa, and describes what data is deleted, anonymized, or retained when a deletion request is processed.

How to Request Account Deletion
- In the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Web request: Send an account deletion request to owlpapa.official@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account, or include that email address in your request.
Data Deleted or Anonymized
- Account identification information
- Email address, name, and profile image
- Social login identifiers
- App usage data connected to your account
- Refresh token and session information
Depending on the service operation structure, some account information may be anonymized instead of being immediately physically deleted. The account will be marked as inactive.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain logs and records may be retained for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, security, settlement, dispute resolution, and prevention of abuse or fraudulent activity.
Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. General operational logs are deleted within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days after verifying the requester. If the information provided is not sufficient to identify the account, we may contact you by email for additional verification.
